1. What is the usual waiting time before I receive my orders?
Usually between 1-3 days depending on the mode of delivery.
2. What kind of packaging is it in?
It is in a black polyester bag.
3. Do you video the delivery process during mailing for direct mail?
No. We will not video. It will be dropped into letter box directly. You also also opt for other modes of delivery instead.
4. Can I amend or cancel my order?
For orders placed in Singapore/Malaysia, we are able to amend the billing/shipping address and shipping method if not shipped out yet. You will not be able to amend the size/colour of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change the payment mode. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.
5. The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
Unless the item is an Online Exclusive, we can assist to get another one for you from our overseas warehouses. Please write in the “Contact Us” – https://shopwanders.com/contact-us/ for further assistance.
6. Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
Only one promo code can be used per order.
7. My promo code is not working, what should I do?
Please check that the promo code is still valid and not out of date. Then refer to the terms and conditions set out for that promotion. Promo codes can’t be applied on sale item(s). Please write in the “Contact Us” – https://shopwanders.com/contact-us/ for further assistance.
8. What happens if the promotion I’m interested in has expired?
All promotions are subjected to our terms and conditions. You cannot use a promotion that has expired.
